Dr. Sastry is board-certified in hematology, medical oncology, and internal medicine and has a special interest in treating women with breast cancer. She completed her residency at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC, affiliated with The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Eastern Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She serves as the cancer liaison physician for Howard County and presently sees patients at Maryland Oncology Hematology, P.A. in Columbia, Maryland.
