Nicole Livingston is a member of the Elder Law and Estate and Trusts Sections of the Maryland Bar Association. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Prior to joining the SinclairProsserLaw, LLC, she clerked for the Honorable Michael E. Loney of Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. Ms. Livingston received her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She earned a Master of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Baltimore. In December 2003, Ms. Livingston became a member of the Maryland Bar. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Livingston practiced speech-language pathology. Her medical background compliments her current practice area of Elder Law.
