Charlotte Cowin is the publisher of the Women’s Journals in Maryland, educational publications for today’s woman. Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Education from the College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College) and has been involved in the education field for many years, first as an educator at Rancocas Valley Regional HS in Mt. Holly, New Jersey and currently as the publisher of the Women’s Journals. Char is also an avid golfer, gardener, and travel enthusiast.
