The Journal offers a unique way to promote your business—by becoming a contributing advertiser. Our format allows you to educate the reader by writing objective, informative articles in addition to placing your display ad. All articles are archived on our website searchable by author and topic.  Please submit the following for publication:

Short Biography (information about you or your business, phone number)

Testimonials (optional)

Article length: (maximum number of words)

Full page – 750 words

Junior page – 500 words

Half page – 300 words

Introductory page – 200 words

Photo(s): Any additional photos/charts/illustrations

Advertisement (see below)

Display Advertisers

Camera-ready advertisement

Provide ad in one of these file formats:  tif, jpg, pdf, ai

Resolution minimum 300 dpi at the size it will appear in Journal

Artwork from websites is not acceptable. Original, high resolution art must be supplied by the client

Ad creation

Submit ALL logos, text, photographs and directions for layout before deadline

The Journal reserves the right to edit article for clarity and space requirements.  Photos, testimonials, bios, and display ads may be sized to adhere to your contracted space.  Previous articles/display ads may be used if submissions are not submitted by deadline.
